Where We Are Coming From
One of the aspect of our culture analytics that offers a ton of value is the ongoing capacity to target training and development to actual needs, instead of guessing what a group needs in order to improve. We have found that many companies spend thousands, even tens of thousands, of dollars in order to train areas that are not areas of need or don't have high priority in terms of overall strategy.
With our accurate and reliable culture analytics we ensure that the true needs of a group are prioritized based on data. The coding and algorithms that we've created capture group behaviour in a more objective and impactful way than anything else available. By using actual metrics in order to identify strengths and areas of need, our work improves group performance by taking out the ambiguity, bias, and subjectivity that most often skews judgement.
Due to our data-based and more objective approach, we are able to provide exactly what businesses and sport teams need based on actual behaviour, which is why we see a trend developing in lack of positive change and growth. That trend is that the only thing wasting more money than choosing training without data: lack of alignment and inconsistent application of change agents.
There is no cost higher than paying to have training done multiple times, or having training that only provides short terms solutions, and low alignment and/or consistency will lead to these challenges.
Ongoing group culture data collection is the single most effective way we have found in order to ensure consistent application of change tools, as well as alignment of those tools with overall vision and current environment. Regular (ideally real time) feedback loops that remind of consistency and alignment don't need to be complex, but they do need to exists in order to measure and build truly impactful change over time.
Train, develop, and grow using data to guide decision making. Especially when it comes to culture.
Continue to use data in order to check alignment and maintain consistency of positive change over time.
The result will be large savings in both the short and long term to go with your new performance improvements.
